Maple (Y4 Ms Green)

Welcome to Y4 Maple Class!
We are looking forward to a fantastic Summer Term 2026, with lots of exciting activities planned.

Our PE day will be Friday and this term Maple Class will be developing their net/wall ball games skills through tennis, and striking and fielding playing rounders.
Please ensure your child has their full P.E. kit with them on that day. They should have trainers for outdoor PE, as we will be on the field running.
Every day: planners, reading books and water bottles.
Our Literacy Texts for this half term are:
'The Firework-Maker's Daughter' by Philip Pullman and 'The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane' by Kate DiCamillo.
Children - Please remember to complete your four reads every week and earn extra Dojo Points! Choose your vehicle on the classroom display, and do your best to reach the end of the race by Half Term!
